Abstract:		 An archaeological evaluation was undertaken on land at 4 Rushden Road, Sandon, Hertfordshire on the 13th of January 2010. In total one trench was excavated and a further geotechnical test pit excavated by the contractor was monitored under archaeological supervision. A single feature was recorded in the evaluation trench in the form of a root disturbance. One residual piece struck flint was recovered from the fill of this feature.
