The abstract describing the content of the publication or report
Abstract:		 Archaeological observations made during the replacement of a sewer at The Moat House, Alvechurch, Worcestershire, revealed no significant archaeological finds or deposits. The trench was cut mostly within an earlier sewer pipe trench, resulting therefore, in minimal damage to any potential archaeological remains. Fragments of ceramic tiles and mortar found in a garden soil layer probably derived from the demolition of the bishop's palace in the late 18th century.
