Abstract:		 A detailed gradiometry survey was conducted over approximately 17.4 hectares of mixed arable and grassland. The survey has detected areas of modern disturbance that may be associated with the remnants of WWII defensive features along the banks of the River Thames. Two pit features may relate to archaeological activity, however they could equally be natural in origin. The remaining anomalies are natural or modern relating to ploughing, scattered magnetic debris, ferrous objects, and fencing.
