Abstract:		 A total of 24 evaluation trenches measuring 30x2m were excavated across the 8.7ha site. Four of the 24 trenches were found to be positive for archaeological remains, which comprised a large quarry pit and two ditches that were late post-medieval in date, as well as three additional undated linear features.
