Abstract:		 An archaeological evaluation was carried out by GUARD Archaeology Limited on an area proposed for a housing development. The trial trench evaluation comprised 5% of the total area proposed for development (6.02 ha), which following trench expansion amounted to 3,028 m². One small, undated ditch feature and a modern brick surface were encountered during the evaluation work.
