The abstract describing the content of the publication or report
Abstract:		 The areas observed during the watching brief consisted of foundation trenches, ground reduction and a soakaway. A small number of cut features were observed but all datable to the late 19th or 20th centuries. An area of land levelling of similar date presumably related to construction of the main terraced house was also observed. No deposits nor artefacts of archaeological interest were recorded.
