Abstract: |
The fieldwork followed the methodology set out within the WSI (CA 2015). An
archaeologist was present during intrusive groundworks comprising house footings,
soakaways, and a sewer main. An archaeological watching brief was undertaken by Cotswold Archaeology during
groundworks associated with 9 detached and link detached houses at Tyland Barn, Tyland
Lane, Sandling, Kent.
No features or deposits of archaeological interest were observed during groundworks, and
no artefactual material pre-dating the modern period was recovered. |
