Abstract:		 An archaeological evaluation was undertaken by Pre-Construct Archaeology Ltd on land at Preston Farm, Lower Road, Little Bookham, Surrey, KT23 4EF between 28th and 31st August 2018. The evaluation recorded natural clay deposits of the Lambeth Group which reflected the fall in the natural topography of the study site. The natural deposits were sealed by topsoil in Trenches 1 and 4, in the south-west of the site and by late19th - early 20thC made ground across the rest of the site. A small shallow pit was recorded, cutting the natural deposits in trench 6.
