Abstract: |
The aim of the evaluation was to establish whether archaeological deposits lay within the study area and, if so, to establish their extent, date, character, condition, significance, and quality. In July 1999 Cotswold Archaeological Trust was commissioned by Sandspinners to undertake an archaeological evaluation on land at Ryehill Farm, Long Buckby, Northamptonshire. The evaluation identified a a number of undated features as well as ditches dating to the late Iron Age and Romano-British periods. |
