Abstract:		 Much of the site had been significantly disturbed by previous developments, so ground reduction was monitored only in four less disturbed areas. The site had clearly been significantly disturbed by previous construction and demolition. However, no archaeological features were recorded, even in those parts least affected by the previous development, and no finds were recovered.
