Abstract:		 Seventy trenches were excavated mechanically under archaeological supervision and archaeological features investigated by hand. Seventy trenches revealed three small pits that need not be of any great antiquity and a single ditch containing a substantial assemblage of Bronze Age pottery, fire-cracked flint and fired clay.
