This collection comprises images from a Level 2 Historic Building Recording of multiple buildings at Bodmin Beam Station, undertaken by Avalon Planning & Heritage from 2019-2020. The site is located immediately to the south of the A30, between Lanivet and Victoria in Cornwall. It is defined by a perimeter fence and has contracted considerably compared to the original Beam Station.

An investigation was undertaken of a group of undesignated yet historically significant buildings on the site of the former Bodmin Beam Transmitting Station, location of the oldest short-wave radio station and first directional radio station in the world. Vacant since 2002, the buildings are now subject to extensive plans for redevelopment which include the demolition of several structures on the site.
