Oxford Archaeology
: Oxford.
Filename: LYBRBP19_0_WSI.pdf (1 MB) Description: Oxford Archaeology (OA) has been commissioned by Mark Thomas to undertake an archaeological watching brief during refurbishments of the Guesthouse or Kings Lodgings, formerly the west range of Bradenstoke Priory. As the site is a Scheduled Monument, the work is subject to monitoring by Historic England (HE), who are partāfunding the renovation work. A brief has been set by Hugh Beamish, Inspector of Ancient Monuments (HE), detailing the requirements for work necessary to inform the planning process/discharge the planning condition; this document outlines how OA will implement those requirements. All work will be undertaken in accordance with local and national planning policies and Chartered Institute for Archaeologists Guidance (CIfA 2014). |
