No archaeological features, other than field drains, were present within the trial trenches at Dalehouse Lane indicating the Site has low potential for the presence of sub-surface archaeological remains. A small assemblage of finds including ceramic building material, pottery, clay tobacco pipe, metalwork (nails, bolts and tacks) and bottle glass are all of a late post-medieval date. The majority are too incomplete to allow close identification of type or date. A single piece of flint debitage was recovered from sieving in Trench 1. All of the finds are from topsoil and not being associated with any archaeological features are recommended for discard.

The site archive comprises both physical and digital records. In total, this comprises unique 93 entries for archiving. There are 69 digital recordings comprising the digitised paper archive, registers and photographs. Site records comprise a total of 35 A4 paper sheets which contain the context, sample and finds data recorded on site as well as associated registers. This 10 context/trench register sheets, 20 context sheets, 2 photo register sheet, 2 site diary sheets and 1 primary drawing register sheet. In addition to the A4 paper sheets, there was drawings on an additional 1 sheet of permatrace. In addition to this 57 high resolution photograph files were taken, of which 44 were included in the archive. All of the paper records have been digitised and imported into an excel database, and all digitally collected spatial recording has been cleaned and assembled.
