The site archive comprises both physical and digital records. In total, this comprises unique 5,075 entries for archiving. Of these, approximately 1,975 are recovered finds or archaeo-environmental samples, whilst 2,458 are digital recordings comprising the digitised paper archive, registers and photographs.

Site records comprise a total of 608 A4 paper sheets which contain the context, sample and finds data recorded on site as well as associated registers. This includes 2 context register sheets, 87 trench sheets, 128 context sheets, 47 photo register sheets, 7 primary drawing register sheets, 2 registered finds list sheets, 61 environmental sample sheets, 3 environmental sample register sheets, 3 cremation excavation sheets, 71 daily activity briefing sheets, 67 site diary sheets, 4 environmental processing register sheets, 61 environmental sieving assessment sheets, 63 environmental sorting sheets, and 2 X-ray plates. In addition to the A4 paper sheets, drawings on permatrace amount to a further 34 sheets.

In addition to this 2,421 high resolution photograph files were taken, of which 1,177 were submitted to archive. All of the paper records have been digitised and imported into an excel database, and all digitally collected spatial recording has been cleaned and assembled.
