The site archive comprises both physical and digital records. In total, this comprises unique 16,791 entries for archiving. Of these, 14,071 are recovered finds or archaeo-environmental samples, whilst 1,873 are digital recordings comprising the digitised paper archive, registers and photographs.

Site records comprise a total of 773 A4 paper sheets which contain the context, sample and finds data recorded on site as well as associated registers. This includes 12 context/trench register sheets, 11 context sheets, 18 photo register sheets, 7 primary drawing register sheets, 3 registered finds list sheets, 2 environmental sample sheets, 5 environmental sample register sheets, 258 daily activity briefing sheets, 126 site diary sheets, 166 environmental sieving assessment sheets, 169 environmental sorting sheets and 3 notes sheets. In addition to the A4 paper sheets, drawings on permatrace amount to a further 74 sheets.

In addition to this, 1,831 high resolution photograph files were taken, of these 922 were submitted to archive. All of the paper records have been digitised and imported into an excel database, and all digitally collected spatial recording has been cleaned and assembled.
