Title: Geophysical Survey Report at Land East of Rudgeway Lane, Wheatpieces, Tewkesbury

Description: A magnetometer survey of 14 hectares of land east of Rudgeway Lane, Wheatpieces, Tewkesbury has detected numerous responses of archaeological interest. An enclosed settlement is visible in the dataset which measures some 1.5 hectares in size. Numerous internal sub-divisions, pit-like responses and ring-ditches have been detected within the enclosures. In the south of Area 2 an open-side enclosure, oval feature, sub-circular ring ditches, pit-like responses and linear anomalies are all visible. Broad ridge and furrow ploughing has been recorded throughout the dataset and the routes of three service pipes have also been marked. 		Text
