Distinctive FeaturesThis amphora is recorded by Sciallano & Sibella (1994: 63). It features a very broad neck and thickened rim, with comparatively small handles attached to the neck. The carinated shoulder gives way to a long, mostly cylindrical body which tapers to a spike.See characteristics | ||
