Two-storey tower-like building with upper observation platform, the roof of which is supported on corner iron posts. The bottom storey appears to have one weapon's embrasure and may have served as a pillbox [UORN 12154]. The walls are made of double-bricks coated with cement. [Local people told the recorder that the top observation platform was used by the Royal Observer Corps and the bottom-storey by the local unit of the Home Guard].
[Accompanying plan with this record provides measurements].
