Type 22 hexagonal pillbox, brick-shuttered or walls completely brick. Concrete roof. Entrance faces away from aerodrome. At least one embrasure has been blocked up, probably shortly after construction as the brickwork used is similar to that of the rest of the structure. Remaining embrasure has a steel frame.
