Bunker - underground 'plotting room' of St. Margaret's Bay Counter Bombardment Fire Command. There are three small rooms built of concrete, a plant room, and a large central plotting room.
The Fort Record Book of St. Margaret's Bay Counter Bombardment Fire Command cited includes a photograph of this structure under construction.
