Type 24 pillbox which has 5 embrasures (now, with the door, blocked up). Soil and grass on roof. There is an inscription in the cement above the steps leading down to the entrance door which reads, 'Sgt. L. Godfrey RE'.

Pillbox, no specification. One of three pillboxes erected on St. Michael's Mount. Built of concrete blocks with a reinforced concrete roof. Entry is to the rear via steps down from the SE. Walls are 0.7m thick and there are 5 splayed embrasures, one in each of the main faces.
