Type 28A anti-tank gun emplacement [pillbox]. Constructed as a low rectangular structure with one large entrance to the rear which is off set to the left. This is possibly six feet across and has had wooden floors. Piercing the front wall is a low, long embrasure. Also in the front wall, but to the left, is a second, smaller embrasure. There is an embrasure set into both the right and left walls. These are set towards the rear of the emplacement. In the rearward facing wall, there is a small square hole, just below the roofing slab; this vent is dog-legged. The two leading corners have been angled; the same applies to the roof except for the rear. The interior has been altered over the years and it is now used to house machinery.

Brick-shuttered anti-tank gun emplacement. Because of dumping around it, it is impossible to make out the exact type or the direction of fire. However, the main embrasure is likely to face NW towards Littleport Bridge. Private land: no access.
