Type 28A pillbox, approx. 29ins x 20ins x 8ft high (external), standing on large base, approx. 18ins-24ins wider than pillbox, all round. Concrete roof 16ins thick, concrete walls 48ins thick. 3 embrasures in infantry section; one anti-tank gun embrasure in main section. Anti-tank gun embrasure now bricked up as is part of main entrance. There are the remains of a brick and concrete ramp leading up to main entrance. Inside the main entrance on the left is a solid (or concreted up) area approx. 2.5ft - 3ft square [its use not apparent].

Type 28A anti-tank gun emplacement, standing on massive concrete base. Built partly with end-on brick shuttering. Main embrasure, facing E, has been blocked. Cut off corners. Used as a cow stall. In private field - no access.
