4 loopholes covering river, river bridge, road, and railway station in end wall of cottage. Cottage has recently been extensively refurbished, but the loopholes have been retained as windows.

Four loopholes, two at ground floor level and two on the first floor in the W wall of a house covering the bridge over the River Evenlode. There are also three loopholes of similar size and shape in the garden wall on the opposite side of the road, and also covering the bridge. The loopholes in the house have been sympathetically converted into windows.
