Field gun emplacement. The front of the structure is open with gun mounting outside its cover. 2 internal steps to small chambers. Access difficult because of undergrowth. with PLAN drawn on form.

6ft x 6ft x 12ft wide concrete gun emplacement, with two sunken chambers (5ft x 5ft x 6ft high). Gun mounting holdfast still in position. faces out to sea - SW. The roof of the left chamber is made of corrugated iron and has deteriorated badly. The bramble hedge is growing through the roof.
