Type 24 pillbox, with ' A110' marked on blast wall. Brick-skinned interior and exterior. In excellent condition inside, medium condition outside. Low retaining wall for entrance with steps (made of concrete with brick wall). Has 2 slots in wall inside below embrasure.

Fine example of a brick-shuttered type 24 pillbox in good, clean condition, but with the stream bank on which it sits partly undermined by the water. Faces E. Flight of steps down to entrance in N face. Interior access possible.
