Type 24 pillbox in dune above beach.

A larger than normal brick-shuttered concrete pillbox located in the dunes, unusually facing inland (SW) rather than seaward. The door, doorway, and embrasure fitments are intact, and it is possible to gain interior access. The doorway has a protecting blast wall with steps leading down. The longest side of the structure containing the doorway measures 16ft.
