Pillbox [probably originally a type 24], which has had an accommodation structure built on the roof that matches the pillbox shape beneath, and with a tower added at the side: used by The Environment Agency. A bricked up embrasure can be seen.

[Recorder Webb calls this a type 22 pillbox].
