Abstract The abstract describing the content of the publication or report |
The principles of ground probing radar (based on an underwater sonar system with data recorded on tape) are summarised, with a description of the technique's application to three sites in Gloucester. Resultant problems are discussed and work continues to improve definition of results. The system's full potential is becoming apparent and it will be an important complement to excavation on urban sites. AR |
