Abstract: Preliminary summary report on the results of an open-area excavation undertaken by Albion Archaeology in advance of development on land off Bourton Way, Wellingborough, Northamptonshire. Approximately 0.75 hectares were investigated within an area known to contain an Iron Age settlement, which is now believed to have extended over about five hectares. The settlement comprised both open and enclosed elements and was occupied for about four hundred years. LD
