Interim report on the excavation of three trenches within the grounds of Bartlemas Chapel, Oxford, undertaken by volunteers as part of the East Oxford Archaeology and History Project. The excavation uncovered a range of buildings and finds dating from the early medieval period to the 19th century, ten in situ human burials, and a series of charnel pits with disarticulated human and animal bone.
