The second part of a report on the results of a Manpower Services Commission Community Programme scheme (see also 89/863). The first section deals with `Excavations at Elm Farm, Charlton, Almondsbury' by M Coxah & R Burchill (8--14). The site has four phases of activity from medieval to post-medieval, and the report details its `History' by Pauline Nash & M Ponsford (9), the excavation itself, and the `Finds' by R Burchill (12--14), which mainly comprise medieval to post-medieval pottery. `Excavations at Harry Stoke, Stoke Gifford, Avon' by R Burchill & A Nicholson (14--19), details the `History' by Pauline Nash & M Ponsford (14--15), the excavation of a platform area and a substantial building, finds including some pottery, and roof tiles.
