Abstract The abstract describing the content of the publication or report |
The author discusses the history of St Manchan's Shrine, a medieval reliquary first recorded in 1821, including that of the eleventh figure which was initially recorded but subsequently disappeared. It is proposed that the figure purchased by Robert Day in 1869 and later attached to the reliquary is indeed the missing eleventh figure. | |||||
