Abstract:		 Article on the excavation in 2003-5 of a Roman villa with a polychrome mosaic at Yarford as part of a larger project involving new sites in the southern part of the Quantock Hills. The location, the Late Iron Age enclosure and early Roman activity identified at the site, and the villa itself are described before a detailed description of the new mosaic is given. The article concludes with speculations on the owner and on the end of the villa's existence.
