TL 391231. Occupation at Station Road, Puckeridge runs from early 1st century AD to c AD 65. At Gatesbury Track, Braughing, occupation may start as early as c 30 BC and runs on to overlap with Station Road. Between them the sites show evidence of the development of trade in imported goods and typological development of local pottery types over c 80 years Brooches, etc, amphorae, animal bones including pre-Roman chicken.
