Reports a small-scale recording and sampling programme which attempts to assess the palaeoenvironmental potential of several coastal sites around the Isles. These sites range from the Mesolithic to the post medieval periods, although they are mostly prehistoric. Presents new evidence for prehistoric crops and arable weeds.
