Abstract The abstract describing the content of the publication or report |
Notes an unprovenanced find described as a fine example of a highly polished product of the Graiglwyd group of Neolithic axe factories. The marked asymmetry of the cutting edge when viewed front side on is suggested to have been deliberate. Indeed, it is further suggested that different axe designs might be isolated by the metrical analysis of such asymmetrical blades. | |||||
