Abstract:
Describes new equipment and methods for collecting and analysing 200-300 samples per person per day. Almost immediate feedback can be presented to excavation staff. The method is about ten times as fast as other methods, and about 15 times cheaper than normal laboratory analysis. It has been used in SW Norway to locate and delimit sites and determine their function. Au(abr)
