Brief reports on ongoing research by graduates of University College Cork -- work on the LBA faunal assemblage from Lough Gur (Co Limerick), the excavation of part of the medieval city ditch of Dublin, a recently completed MA thesis on cereals and cereal foodstuffs in early historic Ireland, the analysis of seventeenth- to twentieth-century clay pipe bowls from two excavations in Cork City, and research into the significance of wild boars and pigs in IA and early historic Ireland.
