Abstract The abstract describing the content of the publication or report |
Written in the early 1980s, this is a report on excavations carried out in the early 1970s. A series of linear features and unusual cruciform pits were found that may be related to some form of medieval garden. It is thought unlikely that a garden would have belonged to the friars, who were mendicants. See also 97/72, 97/788, 97/805. | |||||
