The abstract describing the content of the publication or report
Abstract:		 Reports on a field evaluation undertaken in the wake of a desk-based assessment and geophysical survey. Finds of struck flint and pottery within the LBA/EIA tradition provided evidence of occupation in the area, but only ephemeral features were recorded. A medieval moat was not found. An earthwork shown on nineteenth-century maps is thought to have been an ornamental feature.
