Abstract The abstract describing the content of the publication or report |
Surviving evidence suggests a course from Boughton springs (1.5km from fortress) from at least AD 79, using a battery of ceramic pipelines, presumably a settling tank (?raised on wall), and at least one main plus service pipes. Several delivery points in the fortress are known, the aqueduct being integral to its plan. | ||||||
