The abstract describing the content of the publication or report
Abstract:		 Excavation of a site threatened by drainage and ploughing revealed traces of two successive Romano-British buildings. The earlier was of timber construction, rectangular in plan, possibly with a central courtyard. It was constructed in the late l st century A.D. and destroyed by fire in the middle of the 2nd century A.D. It was replaced by a large aisled masonry building which appears to have had an agricultural function. This was demolished in the late 3rd or early 4th century.
