Gives accounts of excavation and building survey work in the city, including med levels in Bewell Street, medieval rubbish pits sampled in Maylords Orchards, horncores and other tannery refuse in Greyfriars, and major topographical alterations in Palace Yard. Outside the city work was done at Brampton Bryan Castle, Goodrich Castle, and Llanrothal church. |
