Abstract: |
An archaeological evaluation was undertaken in advance of the determination of a planning application for the development of the site. The excavation of 22 trial trenches revealed no archaeological features predating the modern period. Three unstratified pieces of worked flint were recovered from the plough soil within the immediate vicinity of trenches 11, 12 and 16. [Au(adp)] |
