Abstract: |
A desk-based assessment was undertaken on the propose development site. The assessment identified that due to the site's location between two rivers, one of man made origin and the within an area of archaeological significance, the site has potential for archaeology. A medieval priory was identified as being located to the south west of the site. [Au(adp)] |
