Abstract: |
A single evaluation trench was excavated in response to a planning condition upon consent for mixed-use development reusing the existing public house building. Several archaeological features were recorded that corresponded to the later phases of the post-medieval inn known to have been on the site. However, full excavation of the features was prevented by ground contamination. [Au(abr)] |
