Abstract: |
The auger survey identified two stratigraphic sequences, which included a complex sequence of over 13 metres, which had the potential to address the objectives of palaeoecological reconstruction and RSL analysis. The test pit survey saw the recording of 5 pits in which there was only very limited signs of human presence. The sequences recorded were similar to the upper units recorded from the auger points and borehole sequences. It had been indicated that potential for recovery of signs of human activity and occupation was low. [Au(adp)] |
