Abstract: |
An investigation by field walking of a potential pipeline route revealed low levels of artefacts along the route, with a small concentration of probable Romano-British tile and metal smelting slag near the western terminal of the proposed route. Finds retrieved included Roman and medieval pottery along with a quantity of post-medieval and later ceramics. [Au(abr)] |
